At the end of the winter many properties will not open their doors again for 7 months. Therefore it is really important that your property is closed down properly.
Below is a list of things we recommend all owners do after their last booking.
- A deep clean and inspection, this can help a cleaner notice any issues
- Turn off all appliances, electric and water supply
- Make sure your property is properly secure
- Check lightbulb and battery stock
- Close the chimney
Also a good property manager will visit regularly through the interseason to ensure there are no new issues.
